Hariyali pulav (Rice)

Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Serving for: 2 persons
1.     Cooked rice 2 cups (can use left over rice, plain rice or ghee rice)
2.     Mint leaves chopped 2 Tbsp
3.     Coriander leaves chopped 3 Tbsp
4.     Green chillies 1 or 2 chopped
5.     Ginger paste ½ tsp
6.     Lemon juice 1 tsp
7.     Coconut grated 1 tsp (optional )
8.     Green peas boiled  ¼ cup or cubed capsicum
9.     Jeera ½ tsp
10.   Salt to taste
11.     Oil 3 Tbsp
·   First make a green paste for that in a small grinder jar add mint leaves, coriander leaves,ginger,green chilli,lemon juice, Jeera, coconut  and salt and make a smooth paste with adding little water

·   Then in a non stick vessel add oil then add green masala and stir well

·   To that add cooked rice and mix well

·   Last add boiled green peas or capsicum and salt if you need, mix well

·   Last garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice

·   Well serve with cucumber yogurt
