Aloo 65



Preparation +cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving For: 2 persons
INGREDIENTS: (FOR MARINATION)
1.     Potato 1 large
2.     Red chilli powder ½ tsp
3.     Coriander powder 1 tsp
4.     Garam masala ½ tsp
5.     Salt to taste and corn flour 1 tsp
6.     Flour (maida ) 2 tsp
7.     Yogurt ½ cup
METHOD:
·   In a pressure cooker add enough water and potato and cook till 3 to 4 whistle (don’t over boil the potato)

·   Let it cool and cut into cubes

·   In a bowl add ingredients 2 to 7 and mix well and add the cubed potato



·   And marinate for 5 minutes and deep fry it till golden brown

INGREDIENTS: (FOR THE GRAVY)
1.     Oil 2 Tbsp
2.     Garlic chopped 1 tsp
3.     Green chilli spit 1
4.     Curry leaves few
5.     Salt  to taste
6.     Yogurt 2 Tbsp
7.     Chilli powder ½ tsp
8.     Food colour red a pinch (optional)
9.     Coriander leaves for garnish
10.   Lemon for garnish
METHOD:
·   In a non stick pan add oil ,garlic, curry leaves and green chill mix well

·   Then add yogurt, food colour, salt and mix well

·   Last add fried potato and mix well in medium heat for 5 minute till all water absorbs completely

·   Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lime

·   Best serve with rice has side dish
NOTE:
  • I have not used food colour
