Crispy Chicken Chilli



INGREDIENTS:
1.   Chicken ½ kg (cut into small pieces)
2.   Onion ½ (cut into cubes)
3.   Capsicum small piece (cut into cubes)
4.   Garlic 1 cloves chopped
5.   Green chilli 1 or 2 slit
6.   Pepper powder ½ tsp
7.   Plain flour (maida) 3 Tbsp
8.   Corn flour 1 and ½ Tbsp
9.   Rice powder 1 tsp
10.  Red food colour a pinch
11.  Soya sauce 1 tsp
12.  Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp
13.  Chilli sauce 1 tsp
14.  Cashew nuts 5
15.  Salt to taste
16. Oil for frying

METHOD:
·   In a bowl add flour,conflour,rice powder, salt , colour and  add sufficient water and make a smooth semi thick batter

·   Dip the chicken one by one into the batter and deep fry in hot oil  till chicken is cooked completely and keep aside

·   In a pan add 2 tsp oil add  garlic, onion and capsicum fry for 2 minutes

·  Then add green chilli,soya sauce, tomato ketchup,chilli sauce, cashew nuts and pepper powder mix well

·   Add chicken and mix well

·   Serve hot with fried rice, naan.
NOTE:
·    The batter should be such that it should coat the chicken completely
·    Mix the chicken to the gravy before serving so that chicken remains crispy
