Chocolate Caramel Delight




INGREDIENTS:
1.  Krack jack biscuits 2 pack or 2 cups (crush and make powder with hand)
2.  Butter 6 Tbsp melted
3.  Milk 1 cup
4.  Caramel pudding mix 1 pack
5.  Fresh cream or whipping cream 1 cup
6.  Sugar powdered 3 Tbsp
7.  Cocoa powder 2 Tbsp (dissolve in 2 Tbsp warm milk)
8.  Vanilla essence 1 tsp( optional)
9.  Mix nuts or any topping for garnish
METHOD:
1.  In a bowl crush biscuits and make powder, add melted butter and mix well

2.  And pour in to the  8 inches serving dish and press it evenly

3.  And refrigerate for 30 minutes

4.  Then in a pan add milk and when it starts boiling add caramel pudding mix and stir for 2 minutes

5.  Then to that add cocoa powder mixture and stir well until dissolve and keep aside and cool completely

6.   Mean while beat the cream in high power until its smooth and thick

7.   Add sugar and vanilla essence and beat well

8.   Fold cream mixture to the chocolate caramel mixture

9.  And pour the mixture on top of the biscuit layer

10.And refrigerate over night

11. Last garnish with any topping like grated chocolate, mix nuts etc
NOTE:
·    Can use any biscuit of your choice and i used whipping cream not dream whip powder
