Potato and Chicken Mini Pan Cake




INGREDIENTS:
1.   Potato 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
2.   Chicken ¼ cup (boiled and shredded)
3.   Egg 1 (beaten)
4.   Pepper powder ½ tsp
5.   Coriander leaves chopped 2 Tbsp
6.   Onion ½ chopped
7.   Garlic paste ¼  tsp
8.   maida (flour) 1 tsp
9.   Carrot grated 1 Tbsp
10.   Salt to taste
11. Oil 2 Tbsp
METHOD:
·   In a bowl add all ingredients 1 to 10 and mix well
·   In a pan add oil and drop about 1 Tbsp of potato mixture
·    Let fry it one side till golden brown ,then turn and fry it till golden brown
·   Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup
NOTE:
·   Can use leftover chicken pieces and can make 6 mini pan cakes
