Pan Swizz Roll



INGREDIENTS:
1.   Maida (flour) ¼ cup
2.   Baking powder ¼ tsp
3.   Sugar 2 and ½ Tbsp
4.   Eggs 2
5.   Vanilla essence ½ tsp
6.   Ghee 2 tsp
7.   For filling – any flavour jam, chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup ,nutella any fillings of your choice
METHOD:
·     In a bowl beat eggs well with electric beater till fluffy

·     To that add sugar again beat well

·     Add vanilla essence

·     Then add maida and baking powder and beat well

·     In a non stick pan (use a 9 inches flat pan) add ghee

·     Then add the mixture spread all over the pan with the spoon

·     Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes in low heat (don’t turn it  only cook one side till light brown)

·     After 5 to 6 minutes remove it and let it cool

·     Then cut of the sides slightly to form rectangular shape and spread the filling

·     And roll it cut and serve
