Veg and Sprout Pulav



INGREDIENTS:
1.   basmati rice 1 cup
2.   sprout ½ cup
3.   carrot ½ chopped
4.   beans 3 strings chopped
5.   capsicum small ½ chopped
6.   green chilli 1 slit
7.   onion ½ chopped
8.   ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
9.   whole garam masala of your choice
10.  pepper powder ½ tsp
11.  ghee 2 tsp
12.  oil 1 Tbsp
13.  salt to taste
14.  water 2 cup (don’t add 2 cup full reduce little water) and lime juice 1 tsp
METHOD:
·    In a pressure cooker add ghee and oil

·    Then add whole garam masala

·    Then add carrot ,beans,capscuim,green chilli and onion fry for 3 minutes in medium heat

·    Then add  sprout and salt fry for 2 minutes

·    Then add washed and drained basmati rice mix well also add pepper powder and lime juice

·    Then last add water and close the pressure cook and cook in medium heat till 3 whistle

·    Switch of the  gas and let it cool (don’t open before that )

·    Veg and sprout pulav is ready in minutes

·    Serve hot with yogurt and papad
