Veg Seekh Kabab




INGREDIENTS:
1.   Potato 2 big (boiled and grated)
2.   Beans ¼ cup finely chopped
3.   Cabbage ¼ cup finely chopped
4.   Carrot grated ¼ cup
5.   Capsicum ¼ cup finely chopped
6.   Besan(gram flour) 2 and ½  Tbsp
7.   Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp
8.   Shahi jeera (caraway seeds) ½ tsp
9.   Green chill 2 finely chopped
10.  Garam masala powder ½ tsp
11.  Cashew nut powder 1 Tbsp (just grind the cashew nut)
12.  Chat masala ½ tsp
13.  Salt to taste
14.  Oil
METHOD:
·    In a pan add 2 tsp oil then add beans sauté for few seconds then add cabbage sauté for few seconds, add capsicum sauté for few seconds, then add carrot sauté for few seconds

·    Then add shahi Jeera ,green chilli ,ginger and garlic paste mix well

·    Then add besan mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, switch of the gas and let it cool

·     In a bowl  grate the potato then add the veg mixture, salt ,garam masala, cashew nut powder, chat masala and mix well

·    Then take a satay stick and hand full of the potato mixture and press it so that the mixture stick to the satay stick

·   Then in pan add 1 to 2 tsp of oil and just grill it

·   Veg seekh kabab is ready to serve with sauce and French fries
