Malai Murgh Tikka

1.  Bone less chicken 2 breast pieces
2.  Yoghurt 2 Tbsp
3.  Ginger and garlic paste ½ Tbsp
4.   Butter 1 tsp
5.   Cardamom powder a pinch
6.   Cumin seeds (Jeera) powder ¼ tsp
7.   Salt to taste
8.   Oil 1Tbsp
·   Clean and cut breast pieces into cubes

·    In a small jar grinder add ingredients’ no 2 to no 8 and make a paste

·    In  a bowl add chicken pieces and the grind mixture and mix well , marinate for 1 – 2 hours

·    Then in a pan add 1 to 2 tsp of oil and place the marinated chicken in high heat for a second and cover it,then lower the heat and turn the chicken,  cook till the chicken is done ,again increase the heat for a second till it turns light brown

·    Switch off the gas and place the tikka in a plate and serve with onion rings and lime
