Garlic Chilli Chicken




PERPARATION TIME: frying chicken +making time is 45 minutes
SERVING FOR: 4 person
INGREDIENTS: (MARINATION)
1.     Chicken breast boneless 3 small size
2.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
3.     Kashmir red chilli powder ½ tsp
4.     Lemon juice ½ tsp
5.     Salt to taste
6.     Oil 1 tsp
INGREDIENTS: (FOR GRAVY)
1.     Garlic 2 cloves (cut into round)
2.     Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
3.     Onion 1 small (cut into cubes)
4.     Green capsicum 1 small (cut into cubes)
5.     Green chilli 1 slit
6.     Tomato 1 small (puree)
7.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
8.     Red chilli powder 1 tsp
9.     Chicken stock 400 ml (I used 1 maggi cubes and made stock)
10.   Tomato slice 1 small (cut into round)
11.   Butter 1 tsp (melted)
12.   Coriander leaves for garnish
13.   Salt to taste
14.   Oil 2 – 3 Tbsp
METHOD:
·     In a bowl add all marinate ingredients and mix well with chicken breast, don’t add water

·     Then  you can cook in 2 way -1 way is to cook in oven ,place the marinated chicken in oven and bake in pre heated oven for 30 minutes in 200 c

·     The 2 way is to cook in pan, add 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan and place the marinate chicken and cook in medium low heat  till chicken is cooked completely

·     In a kadai add oil the add garlic fry for few seconds

·     Then add ginger and garlic paste mix well

·     The add onion, capsicum and chillies sauté for 2 minutes

·     Then add tomato puree, turmeric powder, salt and coriander leaves

·      Then add cubed chicken breast mix well

·     Then add red chilli powder sauté for a minutes

·     Add  200 ml chicken stock mix well, keep on stirring

·     Then add slices tomato and melted butter

·     Then add again 200 ml chicken stock, mix well and keep on stirring for 5 minutes

·      Garnish with coriander leaves and Tasty and yummy garlic chilli chicken is ready to serve
