Chocolate Halva



INGREDIENTS:
1.     semolina (rava) ½ cup
2.     water 1 cup
3.     Cocoa powder 1 Tbsp
4.     sugar 6 -7 Tbsp (to taste)
5.     ghee 3 Tbsp
6.     cashew nuts 10 (very finely chopped)
METHOD:
·        In a bowl add semolina (rava) water and cocoa powder and mix well

·        In a non stick vessel add ghee when it starts melting add sugar and mix well till dissolve

·        Then reduce the heat and add the semolina mixture and cashew nuts mix well

·        Keep on stirring in medium heat till water evaporates

·        Transfer to square plate or mould cut and serve
