Breakfast Sandwich

      

            Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serving for: 2 persons


INGREDIENTS:
1.     White bread  4 (can cut the edges)
2.     Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
3.     Onion  1( very finely chopped)
4.     Capsicum ½ (very finely chopped)
5.     Salt to taste
6.     Pepper powder ½ tsp
METHOD:
·        In a bowl add mayonnaise ,onion,capsicum,salt and pepper powder and mix well
·        Cut the edges of bread if u want and spread the mixture to the bread evenly
·        Press nicely both the bread
·        Then place the bread in a hot non stick pan and toast till light brown
NOTE:
  • can use brown bread
  • can brush little oil to the pan
  • can add shredded chicken  to the mayonnaise mixture
