Beans Fry




INDREDIENTS:
1.     Beans 250g (cut as shown in photo)
2.     Onion 1 sliced
3.     Green chilli  (slit) 1 or 2
4.     Jeera (cumin) 1/2 tsp
5.     Salt to taste
6.     Oil 1 or 2 Tbsp
METHOD:
·        Cut the beans as shown ,then in a nonstick pan add oil and then Jeera

·        Then add the beans and salt, fry for 5 minutes in medium high heat

·        Then reduce the heat  low and add onion and green chill.mix well

·        Cover and cook for 5 minutes

·        After 5 minutes again in high heat fry the beans for 1 minutes

·        Beans fry is ready with rice and dal and also with chapattis
