Jelly Pudding



I really love to eat dessert…and also to make it …thanks to nestle for this wonderful recipe…I love all the recipes of nestle sweet moment…I enjoy making it too…this dessert recipe is very easy and quick to make…
INGREDIENTS:
1.     Nestle milkmaid sweetened condensed milk  ½ tin or 200g
2.     Jelly crystal (strawberry) 1 pack
3.     Fresh cream 200ml
METHOD:
·        Prepare jelly as per pack instructions. Keep in freezer till the jelly begins to set at the sides (it should not set fully)
·        Whip the chilled cream with the beater till it light and fluffy and keep aside
·        Fold in milkmaid and cream together
·        Then add semi set jelly and mix all together
·        Then pour the mixture to the small mould and allow to set in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours
·        Serve chilled
NOTE:
·        Just wet the mould before pouring the jelly mixture. So that jelly pudding come out easily from the mould
