Seeda Saada Chicken Chilli


INGREDIENTS: (marinate)
1.     Chicken boneless ½ kg (washed and drain all water)
2.     Turmeric powder 1tsp
3.     Red chilli powder 1Tbsp
4.     Lemon juice 1tsp
5.     Garam masala ½ tsp
6.     Salt to taste
7.     Red food colour a pinch (optional)
INGREDIENTS: (for the dry gravy)
1.     Onion 1 (finely sliced)
2.     Capsicum 1 (finely sliced)
3.     Green chilli 2 (slit)
4.     Garlic 1 Tsp (finely chopped )
5.     Soya sauce 1tsp
6.     Tomato sauce 2Tbsp
7.     Thai chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
8.     White or black pepper powder ½ tsp
9.     Spring onion 2Tbsp (chopped )
10.   Salt to taste
11.   Oil
METHOD:
·    In a bowl add all ingredients for the marinate and marinate for 15 minutes
·    Then in a pan add oil and shallow fry the chicken in medium low heat and fry till chicken is completely cooked
·    Then in the same pan add oil if required then add onion fry till it turn light brown then add capsicum fry till capsicum is soft then add green chilli and garlic mix well
·    Then add all the three sauce, pepper powder, fried chicken, spring onion and salt mix well and cook in low heat for 5 minutes
·    Seeda Saada Chicken Chilli is ready to eat
NOTE:
  • You can also use with bone but the the chicken pieces should be small
