Mughlai Kebab


INGREDIENTS:
1.     Chicken/mutton/beef mince ½ kg
2.     Onion 1 finely chopped
3.     Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
4.     Greenchilli 1 finely chopped
5.     Red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
6.     Turmeric powder ½ tsp
7.     Garam masala 1 tsp
8.     Bread 1 finely crushed with your hand
9.     Egg 2
10.   Salt to taste
11.    Bread crumbs
12.    Oil
METHOD:
·     In a pressure cooker add mutton /beef mince and salt keep in heat for 10 minutes  and if you are using chicken no need of using pressure cooker
·    After the mutton /mince is cooked .drain off the excess water completely
·    Then in a bowl add mutton/beef/chicken mince then add No. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,egg 1,salt and mix well and keep aside for 1 hour
·    then make balls and flatten a little then roll in bread crumbs then dip in beaten egg and shallow fry till it turn brown
·    cook in medium heat
·    serve with lime and finely chopped onion
NOTE:
·        if you are using chicken mince mix all ingredients directly
·        if you feel like  mixture is too hard  too make a ball then you can use more egg you want
·        and if you feel that the mixture is too soft then you can add more bread you want
