Chocolate Biscuit Delight




INGREDIENTS:
1.     Marie biscuits 17 (crushed with hand into medium small pieces)
2.     Butter 50g (unsalted)
3.     Cashew nuts ¼ cup finely chopped
4.     Milk maid ½ cup
5.     Cocoa powder ¼ cup
METHOD:
·     In a non stick pan add butter when the butter starts melting add cashew nuts then add milk maid then add cocoa powder mix well in low flame

·    Then add crushed Marie biscuits and mix well

·    Switch off the gas and mix well till biscuits coat properly

·    Then take a sheet of foil spread butter and place the mixture on the foil horizontally and roll it tightly (shown in photo)

·    Then refrigerate for 5-6 hours

·    Then open the foil and cut the chocolate biscuits
NOTE:
·    Chocolate biscuit delight should be store in fridge
·    Use only Marie biscuits

  4. i used to make this with dates instead of choco the same way n it looks xctly the sam ..... so nxt i ill try with choco
