I always want my food to get ready quickly so I created this simple beef masala curry. Those who are beef lover will really like this recipe.

1.     Beef ½ kg
2.     Onion 2 chopped
3.     Tomato 1 chopped
4.     Coriander powder 4 Tbsp
5.     Turmeric powder 1 tsp
6.     Salt to taste
7.     Pepper powder 1 Tbsp
8.     Curry leaves few
9.     Ginger and garlic 1 Tbsp crushed
10.  Green chillies 2 crushed
11.  Oil 4 Tbsp
12.  Kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves) 1tsp
13.    Coriander leaves for garnish

  •  In a pressure cooker add beef then ingredients 2,3,4,5,6,7 and some water and cook for 4 to 5 whistle
  •  Let it cool then open the lid if the beef is not cooked then keep  in heat for more time
  •  In a vessel add oil then curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilli crushed fry for few second then add the beef mixture and kasoori methi. if you need more pepper you can add at this time. Cook in high flame so that all the water evaporates. Then reduce the heat.
